This Gun Fin at 7.75" x 6.0, is a modified version of the original Brewer wide base fin from the 70’s. the difference is, Jack tilted it back and added a little more tip. It has the same leading edge as Dicks Original wide base fin.

Jack Reeves and Dick wanted a less “Pivoty” fin than the original version wide base and they collaborated to create this iteration. Jack’s intimacy with Dick, Sunset, and hundreds of boards and fins, allowed him to maintain Dick’s original template but added more “tilt” and more “tip”. 100’s of versions were surfed with small changes and the design reached it’s equilibrium in the Brewer-Reeves Fin. The crowning touch is every fin is hand foiled by the Master foiler, Steve mock.
