RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
Full-Price items can be returned for consideration for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the Brewer Bros shipping date.  

Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) via E-mail or USPS. The following addresses are provided for your convenience.

Your item MUST be unused (in the same condition and packaging as when originally shipped) and include your original receipt and a tracking number noting the shipping source (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, your choice). Please describe the reason for the return and include the RMA with the returned item. Please note: We regret that we cannot pay for shipping of returned items at this time.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via E-Mail that we have received the item. Your return will be reviewed per the noted criteria and when confirmed it complies with the noted policy and a refund will be processed, a credit will be applied using the same or an equivalent method to your original payment. 

Late or Possible Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account, or contact your credit card company (or equivalent). It may take time for your bank, credit card company or Paypal to post the refund (generally there is processing time before a refund is posted). After checking with these organizations and confirming you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@brewerbros.net and describe the details including the dates, and the RMA. Brewer Bros. Inc. is a small business and though we care deeply, we have limited resources relative to our competitors…we will make you happy!

Sale Items
Regular priced items may be eligible for refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We will replace defective apparel items using the same procedure as noted for returns.

Surfboard Purchases
All Surfboard purchases are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. You are welcome to inspect the surfboard before accepting the delivery at the manufacturing site or an otherwise agreed location. If you cancel the order a 25% restocking charge will be applied and the balance of your deposit refunded.
